Our Evolving Philosophy

Everyone deserves and is capable of being their best self.

Sometimes we need help to re-ignite that spark.

When we are fulfilled personally, it impacts us professionally and vice versa. Whole person coaching focuses on integrating the many facets of who you are – recognizing when we bring our whole selves to work, we’re capable of achieving so much more.

Being an effective leader today means showing up as your whole, integrated self. Leadership requires you to prioritize your presence, intentionally choosing the moments that matter.

Meaningful change starts with individual choice.

We aren’t being cute when we ask, “are you ready to do the work?” Choosing to invest in yourself takes commitment and grit. Meaningful change requires you to look inward, take stock of yourself, reflect on past situations and be honest about what you could have done differently. It requires you to test new things, which means you won’t be anywhere close to an expert. Choosing to be better means acknowledging everything we work hard to minimize or hide from others. We believe making the choice to invest in yourself is one of the hardest and most impactful things you can do.

We can do the hard things… together.

  • It’s a lot easier to tackle hard things together. And way more fun. Glennon Doyle says best – “we can do hard things.” But hard things are so much easier to do when there’s humor and partnership involved. I’ll help you hold yourself accountable for doing the hard things, with a lot of laughs sprinkled in.

  • Trust is the foundation for everything. Sharing the good, bad, and ugly is a requirement for growth. We don’t take our role in that lightly.

  • Direct feedback is an act of deep care. We all have opportunities. In most cases, we can attribute our awareness to that time when someone we trusted told us the truth. Feedback isn’t necessarily a gift, but an act of caring deeply.

  • I help you hold you accountable. It’s in our time together that intention meets execution. You’ll learn the process of reflecting, setting an intention, designing actions, and reflecting again so that you have the tools to hold yourself accountable long after our engagement.
