Meet Jennifer Duran
I am a lover of stories - I would get in trouble as a kid when my mom would catch me reading under the covers in the middle of the night. I am always fascinated by people’s stories and I consistently seek out opportunities to connect with others and find what lights them up.
It’s no surprise I started my career in talent acquisition and human capital consulting. I held progressively larger roles in strategic human resources before transitioning my career into talent and organization development. My professional journey has been shaped by an insatiable curiosity and desire to help individuals, teams, and organizations live up to their full potential. Before launching my external practice, I worked in talent management and organization effectiveness for a major video game publisher. I loved developing leaders who were passionate about their jobs and insanely committed to creating epic experiences for players.
I’m as committed to my own personal and professional development as I am to yours. In addition to being an ICF certified coach, I have a BA from UCLA and a Masters in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University.
You should also know when I’m not coaching ambitious souls, I am a wrangler of kids + dog, lover of 90s video games, aspiring creative and rooter of underdog sports teams.
